About the house

Country charm with easy access, right off NE Novelty Hill Road on a quiet cul-de-sac. A horse acre with a sport court, basketball hoops and a Rainbow play set. Light and bright on a spacious lot, with a large deck overlooking a peaceful, private backyard.

Close to SpaceX/Starlink, and to Swedish Redmond, Kaiser Redmond and EvergreenHealth (Redmond and the main Kirkland campus). Monthly discount for travel nurses. Stays are listed up to three weeks; ask about longer.

The space

A giant primary suite with an oversized jetted tub, separate shower and double sinks; a second full bath with double sinks; and three more bedrooms upstairs, three with walk-in closets.

Main floor: two half baths, living room with gas fireplace, dining room, breakfast nook, kitchen, family room, a huge bonus room and a mud room.

Made for families, small groups and retreats, and remote work. Cook in, or get takeout: Starbucks, groceries, restaurants, a bank, gas and Costco are about five minutes away, and Instacart, Amazon and restaurant delivery all reach the house.

Coffee, tea and snacks provided. Towels and linens included.

Standard rates include up to 8 guests; $20 per person per night for each additional guest, up to 10 overnight guests in all.
